Welcome!

Purpose

The purpose of this website is to not only introduce my self but also showcase my resume in English and Chinese, a documentation of my coursework, samples of my linguistic proficiency, cultural competency, and literary and humanities competency, my reflection on my study abroad, my outreach activities.

Introduction

​​​​My name is Victoria Mills, an undergraduate student graduating in December of 2024 with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Modern Languages with an emphasis in Mandarin Chinese and a minor in Global Politics at Clemson University. During my time at Clemson University from August 2021 to December 2024, I have taken several Chinese language, culture, and literature courses as well as political science courses including a Creative Inquiry. I studied abroad in Taiwan and learned several cultural, social, and meaningful things while also having many memorable as well as challenging experiences. I have been involved in several clubs and organizations at Clemson including leadership positions in the Chinese Language Club along with membership in many other humanities service and outreach groups as well.
